Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a Dubai Municipality Licensed Land Surveyor to join our project team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a valid and active Land Surveyor License issued or recognized by Dubai Municipality and be available to join immediately or as soon as possible (ASAP).
This is a critical, site-based role supporting major infrastructure and construction activities requiring strict compliance with local authority standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct land and topographic surveys for construction and infrastructure works

Establish site control points, benchmarks, gridlines, and elevations

Perform setting-out for roads, utilities, drainage, structures, and excavation works

Verify coordinates, levels, and survey data accuracy

Prepare and submit survey reports, as-built drawings, and coordinate data

Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams

Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment

Support micro-tunneling, stormwater drainage, evacuation lines, and trenchless scope if required
Requirements

Must hold a Valid Dubai Municipality Land Surveyor License

Minimum 5+ years of experience in land surveying within UAE construction/infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of survey standards, coordinate systems, and authority compliance

Proficiency in surveying tools such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related software

Currently based in UAE and available for Immediate/ASAP joining

Ability to work under pressure with high precision and ownership
