Job Overview
Gill Smart Group is urgently hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to support our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building or infrastructure survey works, capable of ensuring precision, compliance, and seamless site coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct land and site surveys for construction activities

Establish reference points, benchmarks, gridlines, and elevations

Perform accurate setting-out, leveling, and site measurements

Ensure survey accuracy aligned with approved project drawings

Coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, and site teams

Prepare detailed survey reports and drawings, including as-built data

Verify coordinates, levels, and site dimensions for construction compliance

Operate and maintain surveying instruments (calibration and accuracy checks)
Job Requirements
-
Minimum 6–10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects (Mandatory)

Strong proficiency in surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.

Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or villa construction is highly preferred

Ability to execute site measurements and survey tasks independently

Proficient in AutoCAD and survey-related software

Excellent communication and inter-department coordination skills

Currently based in UAE or ready to relocate immediately

Immediate joiners or short-notice availability prioritized
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month (based on experience)
