Job Overview

NVR HR Solutions is urgently recruiting a results-driven Sales Executive for our Building Materials business segment in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and proven success in relationship building with interior design consultants, contractors, real-estate developers, and property development firms.

This role focuses on business development, key account management, project sales, and long-term client engagement within the interior fit-out and construction materials market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business opportunities in the building materials sector

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with:

    • Interior design consultants

    • Main contractors and subcontractors

    • Property developers and real-estate firms

    • Interior fit-out companies and project stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects and key accounts simultaneously

  • Prepare commercial proposals, product presentations, and RFQs for clients

  • Drive sales closures while maintaining healthy profit margins

  • Monitor project pipelines, client requirements, and delivery coordination

  • Collaborate with internal procurement, logistics, and commercial teams

  • Act as the company’s focal point for assigned client portfolios


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in UAE building materials sales (Mandatory)

  • Strong skills in client relationship management & business development

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

  • Ability to manage multiple project pipelines and key accounts

  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities

  • Self-driven with ownership of targets and revenue growth

  • Ability to work under deadlines and market pressure

  • Familiarity with interior, fit-out, and construction industry workflows is a strong advantage
