Key Responsibilities

Head Nurse

• Lead and supervise in-patient nursing staff

• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical compliance

• Coordinate duty rosters, nursing procedures, and staff performance

• Act as the key link between nursing teams and hospital management

• Oversee patient handovers, incident reporting, and department workflow

• Support continuous improvement in nursing service delivery

Registered Nurse / IP

• Deliver professional nursing care to in-patients

• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and maintain patient records

• Perform patient assessments and follow physician care plans

• Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards

• Support patient admission, discharge, and care coordination

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams

Requirements

• Immediate joiners only

• Must be willing to relocate to Al Ain

• Relevant nursing degree and license eligibility (based on role level)

• Experience in in-patient hospital nursing preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining patient-care quality
