China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is recruiting highly skilled and experienced professionals for the Dubai Municipality Project, a major infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing urban systems and critical public networks in Dubai.

Responsibilities (General Across Project Roles)
-
Oversee and coordinate infrastructure construction activities
-
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and project specifications
-
Manage drainage, pumping station, tunneling, and trenchless work execution
-
Prepare and review BOQs, schedules, ITPs, method statements, drawings, and procurement plans
-
Monitor quality, safety, and progress in real time
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and local authorities
-
Support site operations, surveys, inspections, and document control
-
Maintain regulatory and contractual compliance
Requirements
-
5+ years experience in infrastructure or related project roles (varies by position)
-
Prior experience with Dubai Municipality or UAE infrastructure mega-projects
-
Expertise in one or more of the project focus areas listed above
-
Strong command of engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Office, or BIM (role-dependent)
-
Locally available candidates or those ready to relocate immediately are preferred
