Candidates must have hands-on MEP experience in UAE/GCC building services projects and be available to join immediately or at short notice.

Key Responsibilities
MEP Planning Engineer
-
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
-
Prepare baseline, progress updates, S-curves, and resource-loaded plans
-
Support weekly/monthly reporting and delay analysis
-
Coordinate with MEP & project teams to ensure milestone compliance
QA/QC Engineer
-
Implement project ITPs, method statements, checklists, and inspections
-
Ensure compliance with MEP standards, specifications, and approvals
-
Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation
-
Coordinate site inspections and consultant approvals
MEP Procurement Engineer
-
Source, evaluate, and onboard MEP suppliers & subcontractors
-
Review technical specs, drawings, and BOQs for vendor alignment
-
Prepare procurement packages, RFQs, negotiation, and POs
-
Maintain procurement logs and delivery coordination
Electrical & Mechanical Draftsmen
-
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for MEP services
-
Coordinate design changes with engineers
-
Ensure drawing compliance with local authority and project standards
-
Support site teams with coordinated layout drawings
Job Requirements
-
2–4 years of UAE MEP experience in the respective role (Mandatory)
-
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and project deliverables
-
Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
-
Currently based in UAE
-
Immediate joiner or short-notice availability
